The following is the proposed RRA organisational structure: 

1. RRA will be incorporated, and the seed funding investor will be issued with 33% shareholding in RRA, in return for their seed investment. The remaining 66% shareholding will be issued to the 2 project leaders who have invested a vast amount to date. 

2. The seed investor will hold ‘first right of refusal’ for any level of Site Company funding, with no obligation. 

3. Once the Business Case is complete, viability is proven and next stage investment has been sourced, a Site Company will be incorporated where the investor will own 90% and RRA will own 10%. 

4. RRA will own a 10% shareholding of each Site Company, where most likely the Investors will be different. 

5. RRA will Manage all Site Companies, establish the Nursery’s, manage all operations on behalf of the Site Company. 

6. RRA will own the Management rights to each Site Company and generate profits from the Management contracts.
